After a rigorous inspection, BSI have upgraded G&H Group's Quality Management accreditation and issued a glowing report.
To achieve this accreditation, the company needed to aptly demonstrate its ability to consistently provide a product that meets customer requirements and continually aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.
Highlights of the report include:
- “Demonstrable evidence that the organisation is customer focussed, delivers projects in a consistent and continually improving manner”
- “The environment within the office was very positive with observations of openness and teamwork - the 'collective' culture should facilitate effective project lifecycle delivery from estimating/bid management through to construction and post completion after care”
- “Estimating is traditionally deployed by an experienced and competent team. This process often involves 'going the extra mile' to demonstrate to potential clients the commitment and qualities of the G&H Group. Complimenting this was evidence of genuine 'value engineering' or 'optioneering' which gives the client both short and long term cost savings and life cycle benefits”
